1. The titled owner of the vehicle must be the one to recover vehicle.

2. Must have a valid government issued photo ID.

  A. Drivers license ,Real ID, Passport,             or military ID.

3. Must have current registration.

4. Must have current vehicle liability insurance on the vehicle.
